Default Calling all South Carolina Jag owners

Upcoming events for the Jaguar Society of SC or events of interest. These will be posted to the calendar and reminders sent out.

If interested in joining the JSSC, you can join directly from our web site:
http://www.jaguarsocietysc.com/join.html or send email: to membership@jaguarsocietysc.com

On March 28th, 2015, at 1:00 PM, JSSC will hold a meeting to elect candidates. The meeting will be held in conjunction with a JSSC club event, which is attendance of British Car Club of the Midland’s “Carolina British Classics – IX 2015.” A flyer and registration form are enclosed. (http://www.bccmc.com/uploads/CBC-IX_Registration_Form.pdf) It is not required to enter a car, and admission to “Tartan Day South” is $10.00 for Saturday. Please see http://tartandaysouth.com for information. However, cars entered are parked on the infield in a nice location to relax and enjoy the festival. We shall meet on the infield briefly, announce results, and take some time to meet and chat. Absentee votes may be mailed to my address, or taken electronically, via email: to membership@jaguarsocietysc.com.

On Saturday, April 11th, 2015, a picnic will be held at Poinsett State Park, in Wedgefield, SC, which is southeast of Sumter. See http://southcarolinaparks.com/poinsett/introduction.aspx. A club meeting will be held in conjunction with this event. More details to follow.

On Saturday, June 13th, 2015, there will be a club meeting and outing at Palmetto Bluff, in Bluffton, South Carolina. More details to follow.

Also, April 24-26, 2015, the annual Mitty, with vintage racing events, will be held at Road Atlanta. http://www.roadatlanta.com/the-mitty. If there is interest, JSSC may organize a caravan and there may be opportunity for parking with the Jaguar Corral. Those interested, please respond via email to Steve Klim, sklim@bellsouth.net, and copy Darryl Beech, britishmechanic@gmail.com.

And, July 16th-19th, 2015, Carolina Jaguar Club hosts a JCNA sanctioned concours in Little Switzerland, NC.
