I live in the Rochester/Henrietta area. I just got my Jag & am excited to meet other Jag owners just because this is a new car and am still getting used to it. I have a 96 XJ6 - what type of Jag do you have?

 

now i need a jaguar mechanic that can fix my convertable top it started leaking green fluid when i tried to open top 2002 xkr. is there anyboby in upstate ny thats familiar with this i need help the dealer schedule is crazy

Man, I was at the dealership yesterday in Webster, and the staff there was rude, and full of ********. Not to be to forward, but its the best word for it. I will NEVER take my Jag to the dealership in Webster. I kid you not I kept calling and getting a guy named Brian, and he kept telling me he couldn't talk he had other customers and would tell me to call back and hang up the phone. After all this I finally went up to Jag, and the guy was ok at first then he asked me if I was doing the work to the car myself and I said yes, and his whole attitude changed. I am currently looking for a local Jag mechanic just in case I ever need anything and once I find one I'll get you guys the info. A Dr I work with thinks he has a guys number who owns a Jag shop and is gunna get back to me.
