Don't bring your car to Lee Jaguar. Had a lousy experience with their customer service. I would've thought a higher end brand like Jaguar might demand better customer service, but that is hardly the case.
Sure wish Herb Chambers would be a Jag franchise so we can get the service experience. Lee could give to craps about anything, and then totally lie to your face about it... Not happy.

Thanks for the tip moses. Have only had my jaguar for a few months and so far I love the car but have been pretty underwhelmed by the local dealer service. Was actually considering giving Lee a shot but I guess I'll stick with Wagner for now....at least the car is clean everytime I get it back.

There is a Jag club based in MA. Jaguar Association of New England.
They hold regular meetings, slaloms, rallys, concourse shows, etc.

I live in CT and bring my car to Motorcars Incorporated. They are a small dealership specializing in Jaguars and other high end cars, Porsche, MB, Aston Martin, Bentley, RR, etc. They also have an entire restoration division.
They are just off RTE 84 in Plainville, CT. Less than 2 hours from Boston.
A bit of a drive but for anything major, could be worth it.
They have given me GREAT service.
Talk soon,

Brookline Jaguar Repair in Brookline is well known and my first uses them on his '93 XJS 6 cylinder manual. Reasonable prices and know what they are doing as well.

I just bought my 06 X-Type from WSpringfield... although I live in Boston. I went to the Brookline Jag Repair shop to ask some baisc questions.. The guys were very friendly and happy to answer my questions even though I was not getting anything done.
I am glad for this thread! I had no idea there was a Jag Club!
