Don't bring your car to Lee Jaguar. Had a lousy experience with their customer service. I would've thought a higher end brand like Jaguar might demand better customer service, but that is hardly the case.

Sure wish Herb Chambers would be a Jag franchise so we can get the service experience. Lee could give to craps about anything, and then totally lie to your face about it... Not happy.

I dont know where lee jaguar is, but i work in norwood at the herb chambers lexus, which has excellent customer service its an awesome experience to go here, come visit if u want ill get you a free wash lol, but they have a dealer in route 1 which i dont know who owns it but i havent been in it since i get all my service in lexus. I wish hb had a jaguar too since i could get a discount but im tryin to avoid jaguar dealerships for the high cost

Thanks for the tip moses. Have only had my jaguar for a few months and so far I love the car but have been pretty underwhelmed by the local dealer service. Was actually considering giving Lee a shot but I guess I'll stick with Wagner for now....at least the car is clean everytime I get it back.

I am in danvers.... I go to Woburn Jaguar. I know everyone there so it's easy as far as service goes. Plus i would have to drive an extra 1/2hour to go anywhere else. GL with the new X. Check my pics if u wanna see the X with tint and 18"s

There is a Jag club based in MA. Jaguar Association of New England.
They hold regular meetings, slaloms, rallys, concourse shows, etc.
http://www.j-a-n-e.org

I live in CT and bring my car to Motorcars Incorporated. They are a small dealership specializing in Jaguars and other high end cars, Porsche, MB, Aston Martin, Bentley, RR, etc. They also have an entire restoration division.
They are just off RTE 84 in Plainville, CT. Less than 2 hours from Boston.

A bit of a drive but for anything major, could be worth it.

They have given me GREAT service.

Talk soon,

I am in Delaware, but I bought my Jaguar in Massachusetts. Its a bit of a drive to MA from DE, but if you have an event a bit closer, I may be able to attend!

Samuels Garage in Brighton is a British car specialist with lots of Jaguar part cars in the back. Quick turnover and they know what they are doing.

Brookline Jaguar Repair in Brookline is well known and my first uses them on his '93 XJS 6 cylinder manual. Reasonable prices and know what they are doing as well.

Word on the street is that Norwood Jaguar is ready to close up. It's owned by Jake Kaplans. This would be perfect for Herb. Jaguar has an awesome roadmap with Tata; just the time to become a dealer.

I just bought my 06 X-Type from WSpringfield... although I live in Boston. I went to the Brookline Jag Repair shop to ask some baisc questions.. The guys were very friendly and happy to answer my questions even though I was not getting anything done.

I am glad for this thread! I had no idea there was a Jag Club!

Great news on the Jaguar club! I may look into that.

I just bought a condo in Weymouth so I'm local now. I work in Dorchester. Blue 04 X that's falling apart. LOL At least I got it cheap...
