I don't know anything about the ones in Exeter but I haven't had much luck with Woburn Jaguar, I couldn't stand the attitudes there. Good luck!

I'm in Southeastern MA and went to Lee for warranty work a few years ago. It was a few days before the warranty expired. I was told even though I brought it in and they verified the problem if I made an appointment for the next week it wouldn't be covered under warranty. I had to leave the car there but at least I got a loaner car (Dodge) for I think five days. I ended up bringing the loaner back after the five days so I wouldn't have to pay for extra days. They had to order parts that took over a week to arrive. I could have been driving the Jag and brought it in when the parts arrived but they made the rules!

Sounds like you had an inexperienced service advisor. As long as the RO (repair order) is written before the warranty expires it can remain open as long as needed, parts ordering, etc...and the repair is in effect when the RO is opened not when it's completed.

Hi I just wanted to let everyone know that I am a master Jag tech that worked at Lee, Worburn, and Wagner. I have over 20 years of experance working on Jags I am a member of JANE. Almost 2 years ago I opened my own shop Upton Foreign Motors in Upton MA. I can repair any Jag from the 50s up to current models, much less than the dealers and I know Jags better than any one In Mass. I was shop forman at Lee for 2 years. I have customers that come up from Cape Cod and as far away as Newhampshire. You can contact me at 508-529-4040 or contact@uptonforeignmotors.com.
