Been going to Mike Davis at Champions Jaguar (11926 Cutten Road - just south of 1960 at Willowbrook Mall) for five years now, from 45,000 miles through 110,000 miles and count myself a satisfied customer. Mike always explains what's necessary to do now and what can safely wait until the next service. He doesn't sell parts other than as part of service/repair, so Motor Cars Ltd (610/I-10) have been my port of call for the stuff I do myself.

No connection to either businesses other than as a customer.

I've dealt with the parts department at Jaguar Land Rover Houston North and have found them unhelpful and with a fairly "couldn't care less" attitude. This has (rightly or wrongly) made me unwilling to try their service department.

I'd stay away from Jaguar Houston Central for service. Bought my car there since it was close to home, but service rep assigned to me was not a happy person. Things they said would get done, they forgot to do. So frustrating...
