My proposal would be further up as there were a few "northerners" that came down south last time.
There is a good burger place in Pleasanton called Bobs Giant Burgers, 4223 1ST St, Pleasanton, CA. Within walking distance is a classic car showroom called Speciality Sales Classic Cars, which is usually fun to look around. There are also a few decent sized car parks around for staging. That's my proposal, but I am very flexible

Couldn't resist, and probably should have. Suddenly I want a burger.
I'm in for that now we just need to pick a date. Summer's are generally light for me so am good for almost any weekend in July.

New Bay Area owner
I'm a new 2002 XKR owner and live in Piedmont. The car is down south as I work down in the LA area.
Just bought the car yesterday and flew home today for the weekend. I moss the car already.

That was likley my fault, when I said I'd be there I put in the 11th and not the 14th (clearly was either not awake yet or napping). Sorry about that.

I was just thinking today before I read the above posts that the 11th was a weekday, and that was no good for me.

Just looked at Google Earth at the place and the parking, then I read some reviews.
Appears the place has really gone downhill the last year or two. And they are supposedly pretty busy on Saturdays for lunch. Not sure if parking will be a problem, and I know we all want to try and park together in safe surroundings.
Anyone want to suggest an alternate place or?
