Jaguar S-type irror message
check engine light on.
car couldn't move fast although press gas pedal down deep.
Is this a serious issue? how much cost will it be fixed?

You might be better off posting your problem in the tech section.
I deal mainly with XK8S and XJ8s. But when you get multiple faults we always start at the battery. What is the age of your battery? If you check the voltage it should be at least 12.5 volts. Take it to Autozone or similar to have them test your battery. If these cars don't have enough voltage to keep the modules happy they will do strange things. Even if the battery may have enough voltage to start the car.
