I would like to see repair and maintenance clinics, maybe once a quarter- meetups once every month or two months and the meetups to revolve around breakfast... Cars and Coffee could be a regular event, and part acquisition and exchange would be facilitated and help us all to keep cost of ownership low.

In the gaming world, "clubs" identify themselves by a set of characters before their name, we could do the same to identify ourselves on the boards/threads.

I have no idea when my Jag will in running condition, but would be interested.

 

I'm usually in the area and wouldn't mind sharing details on where to go for the best in dealers, repairs, hand carwashes, detailing, tinting, audio, etc.

I just got my dad's jag; it hasen't been started in 25 years. Yes, 25 years. There is alot to be done on it; it's at British Motors aka Dr Jag in Costa Mesa. Probably won't get it back for a few months, but would like to get together if the club is a go. Can't wait to drive it, brings back memories.

For the first meeting, where/when should we meet-

Feb? Mar?

Restaurant? Donut Shop? Park? Cars and Coffee Irvine?

Somewhere that we can have a discussion around one of our cars, a how to?

The first meeting can revolve around format, positions, fees, meeting frequency etc. so perhaps it can be more of a sit down, and then we can roll with a clinic format going forward- I am open to ideas...

Looks like this spring will be the right time to get started, so let's get the ball rolling!

We need a location- Am thinking at or near an eatery with a nice parking lot Somewhere in the middle of OC (Costa Mesa, Tustin etc.)

Ideas? For the first meeting we will be discussing format and leadership as well as how to ensure this becomes a successful endeavor.
