2000 XJR Shocks

Default 2000 XJR Shocks
Can anyone tell me who was the OEM for the shock absorbers for the 2000 XJR? Bilstein? Can you make a recommendation from personal XJR experience for Bilstein (aftermarket), KYB or another that you think is as good/ better than OEM?

OEM's are Bilstein, and I for one would not purchase anything other than that for our cars. I wouldn't recommend KYB's to anyone. They are great for the first thousand miles, then they loose their performance charactaristics and feel like average Monroes!

Any suggestions for aftermarket shocks to go with lower and stiffer springs? Or are the OEM XJR sport shocks up for the job?
