repaired curb rash and changed color
I recently repaired the curb rash on my wheels. Three of them were in terrible shape. The fourth was perfect until I had my new tires installed. The "professional tire man" took a chunk out of the lip of the wheel about an inch long and half an inch deep. Oh well, what do you do? You can't shoot him.
Anyway, I decided to go with a darker color. The factory silver seemed too bright for the car as it is black with black tinted windows. I ordered both red and green center caps. After trying both colors on the car, I think the green looks best. The wheels are not perfect, but compared to what I started with, they are nearly perfect. Please share your opinion.

The color is graphite from Duplicolor. The filler I used was good 'ole Bondo. About 3-4 hrs per wheel. I had the wheels balanced again after the repairs just to be safe. My wife agrees with you about the tint. She calls it my "drug dealer" car.
