hello all, ive an 03 xtype 2.5. a bolt that holds down the intake phelum has stripped the threads of the gold nut flange in the engine block. i was able to dremel the nut head off and remove the bolt itself, but now i need to replace the threaded nut.... any suggestions? ive been trying to find the correct name of this part and part number to replcae if anyone can point me in the right direction it would help.

It is not really a nut per say. It is really just a knurled bushing, that is set inside a hole about the same size, after being frozen in liquid nitrogen, and expanding when it warms up. If you still have most of the hole left, I would go to the next thread size larger, and rethread it for the next larger size bolt there, and lick your wounds later. This is the reason they made torque wrenches. With the type of intake gaskets, that this engine uses, it should function just fine. Just take this secret to your grave......Be cool....Mike
