Default 2002 X type 3.0 Engine Noise ?? Please advise

Hi I am new to this forum support.. Could anyone provide some advice/knowledge as to what could be making the high pitched noise in my attached youtube recording? It gets worse when I rev the accelerator. My oil light blinked a few times before I pulled over and received a tow home. Oil level was low I believe I might have a lower leak maybe at the pan. I felt vibration coming from the back cam so now I have the covers off now; however all looks aligned.. Any support/opinions are greatly appreciated!

Remove drive belt and use stethoscope.
If oil is low, connecting rod bearings go bad.

Where's your oil cap?? Sounds like a sucking whistle with a background tick to me. But my laptop speakers are (insert farting noises here). You've got a huge vacuum leak with that oil cap off. Is there a change in sound with the cap on?

Thanks Car5Car, when you say engine belt are you referring to the Serpentine or the timing chain? Also what am I using the stethoscope to listen for?

I was thinking I ruined an engine end bearing.. the noise is coming for the rear of the engine. I have the rear cam cover off but cant seem to figure removing the timing chain to get to these end bearings.. Am I in the right area?

Question engine noise

Horrible siren like engine noise seems coming from the area where serpentine belt is. I replaced the serpentine belt, pulli and wheels "all new" and the noise persist. The noise increases and decreases with acceleration. (even when in park)

I just don't know where to look.
Someone please help with this enigma.
Thanks .

I've listed a few times, sounds like top end, hung valve or lifter, possibly?
