Default 2004 x-type engine malfunction warning

Hi all, new member here. I have a 2004 x-type, 3.0 with very low mileage(under 19,000). 2 weeks ago I went to my nephews, which is about 100 miles round trip. On my way home, right after I left his house I stopped at a light, and the car felt like it was going to stall out(while stopped) This had never happened before. The light turned green and it started to buck a little after giving it some gas and the engine malfunction light came on along with the power train warning light. I did drive it home, but no acceleration. I guess that was the limp home mode. I parked it and the following Saturday I took it on a short trip to the grocery store. The engine malfunction light was still on, but the power train light was off and the car was running fine. I came home, and I was going to take it to a mechanic, but when I started it again the light was off. The car is still running fine. The error codes that I got were P0731 and P1603 and 3 pending, P1111, P1603 and P1796, but 2 of the pending(P1603 and P1796) are now gone. Any help would be appreciated. The mechanic I took it to doesn't work on Jaguars, so I'm not sure where else to take it in the Jersey City NJ area. The dealership seems like the only other option, but I would imagine they'll be pretty expensive. One other thing, about 2 weeks prior to this I had brought the car to Pep Boys for an oil change. I know it's not the best place, but I figured they couldn't mess up an oil change. Maybe just a coincidence.
