Question 3.0 2003 Fuel Pump Relay Location

It appears that despite the high buck throttle body that the dealer put on my car in March to fix the sudden stalling issue, the problem persists. Two weeks ago my wife called me to say she was broke down a couple miles from home. The car had died in traffic and wouldn't restart. I got there, looked things over and checked for codes, of which there were none at that time. So I hopped in and hit the key and it started up. A little balky at first but it soon smoothed out. I put her in our Explorer and I've been driving the X since then and have had two episodes where it has died immediately on start up but no running stalls. This seems to be telling me that the fuel pump is not pressurizing the system, which also would explain the no restart when it quit on my wife.
So..... trying to think logically here, I bought a fuel pump relay and wanted to give that a try but I can't tell which one it is. I looked in the owners manual and it is just not clear to me.

Does anyone know for sure which fuse box it's in and at which position or how to ID it?
Thanks.

Okay it's in the passenger compartment but still not sure if it's the upper or lower though.
