I’m working on the shifter assembly and disconnected the SRS module that has two connectors and is located under the center console (right in front of the shifter, if you are looking down from the driver’s seat)

Now when it’s connected back up to the car, I’m getting an airbag amber warning light. It was blinking when I first started the car and now it’s steady. It’s not showing up on my BlueDriver scan tool. I’m thinking I need to buy a better scan tool and possibly clear the warning light.

 

Found the issue. The main connector was not seated all the way in. Doh!
