Default alternator R&R help

Is the a detailed guide on alternator R&R on here? Fighting my way through it now but am having a really difficult time getting the + lead off the back of the alternator which is on the way of removing the to bolt from the alternator.

Any help would be great. Trying to beat the rain today.

Try downloading the JTIS which is the repair manual used by Jaguar technicians. It will have a step-by-step guide for doing everything on these cars.

Everything is unbolted now. I've read different info regarding weather or not the ac lines have to be disconnected. Can anybody that's done this please advise?

Well got it finished on Saturday. Don't know if I did it the JTIS was out not but got it done without disconnecting the AC compressor. It was quite a bugger.
