I have all my door speakers powered by an amp, so I need to run a ton of speaker wire.
I understand that the door wire grommet(if that's what it's called) can be popped off the door, and the side to the car twists to unlock.
I've figured out that much, but what I can't figure out is a way to put my speaker wire through it. If it's even possible. So right now my doors all have a nasty looking visible wire.
Does anyone know how I can do this?
Help is appreciated.
I'm working pretty hard at making this car look good, inside and out.
Also, as a side note, what's a good way to stop the heat shield under the car from making that nasty rattling? Besides overly expensive sound deadener. I already have a bit of that under my subs. Any certain thing I can put in between the heat shield?
