I'm in Milwaukee, but can't help you. I just don't have the know how, but for what it's worth, you have my sympathy. Hope it works out for you. I can't recommend anyone for that specific issue, but I have taken my cars to Reina on 127th & Capitol for years and trust them with my life. Not sure they could do anythng other than replacement for the unit on this issue, but you could ask. They have worked on Jaguars in the past and have sold X's in the past. I haven't had my car long enough to recommend either of the local dealers, but I did take mine into Jenkins when it was under warranty. Treated me well, but that was warranty work. There's also a guy that posted in the Midwest section of the site that is in Milwaukee. Says he is pretty handy. You might want to check that out. Good luck!
