Back up sensors

Sean, the long beep that you are hearing is telling you that you have a problem with the back up sensors. What you can do is to set the e-brake, turn the car on to the RUN position (engine is not turning) and then shift the car into reverse. Then you can get out of the car, put your ear next to each of the back up sensors (little round pieces under the bumper) and listen for a high pitch squeal/clicking. If you hear the clicking/squeal, the sensor is good. No sound, sensor is bad and needs to be replaced.
If you need help replacing the sensors, let me know. IT is pretty easy once you know what you are doing. Also note that the middle 2 sensors are different than the outer sensors. So, if you need a new sensor, make sure you get the correct one.
