Vineyards, the best thing that I can tell you to do is to disconnect your battery at the negative battery post. Next, remove every fuse and relay (noting where they came from) from all fuse boxes. Now, connect a multimeter set to the 10 amp scale between the battery post and the cable connector. The multimeter should be reading less than 0.010 amps (10 milliamps). If not, you have a problem with the main harness of the vehicle and other troubleshooting needs to be done (write me). Now, install any one fuse (no relays yet). What does the multimeter read? It should remain below 0.010 amps but is permissible to go up to 0.050 amps. If the multimeter reads above 0.050 amps, remove the fuse, note the fuse. This circuit has a problem and will need to be troubleshot later. Keep replacing the fuses one at a time, noting the current after each one and which circuits are bad. Once all the fuses are installed, install the relays 1 at a time, checking each time the current, noting which ones cause the current to jump above 0.050 amps.

Write back and we will troubleshoot at that point. Please keep in mind that you may have 2 circuits that will exceed the 0.050 amps if you leave a car door open or the hood open. So, make sure all doors are shut when you are making the current check and you remove the light bulb from under the hood.

If you need more help, let me know.
