Car wash now missing
I just acquired a 2005 X Type. The car was pretty dirty under the hood.
I sprayed degreaser and rinsed it off. I started the car and it was missing pretty bad and came up with codes P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0306, P1313, P1314, P1316.
I removed the Coils and blew all of the water out around the plugs and the coil boot.
I now have P0300, P0301, P0302, P1313, P1314, P1316.
Any Ideas what else may be causing this?
Thanks for your help.

All modern Jaguar models have complex electronics which don't respond well to water and great care must be taken when cleaning the engine bay.
The Possible Causes for the codes you have are shown in the box on the right in the following table taken from the Jaguar DTC listing:

Any of the mechanical faults listed would be an amazing co-incidence on a vehicle that was running OK prior to the degrease. Fuel delivery faults are equally unlikely. The fault code causes will have been water in the ignition coil pack harness connectors or spark plug holes.
The DTC's will not disappear following the drying off. They must be cleared with an appropriate code reader or scantool.
If the vehicle is running OK again now, that should be an end of the issue.
