Default CD Changer question

Has anyone cracked the wiring code and figured out how to wire in either a Satilite Radio or aftermarket CD changer to function using the CDC button on the OEM radio?

not that i have heard of. keep in mind that our audio systems are fiber optic, so that is gonna play a big factor in finding a solution. the ACM does run the same way as a cd changer though, so there is some hope. it also has a bypass switch on it in case you do have a changer. your best chances are either a satellite radio with a really good fm modulator, or have the ACM installed and use the rca connectors.

Default Kit for Satellite Radio

I am a little confused on how a Satellite Radio would connect to the fiber optic system of the X-Type Audio system. The Sat. Radio would be an Anolog signal, would it not have to be converted to some sort of digital signal??
