I've just re-installed the drivers door card after replacing the drivers ext mirror.

Since then, the central locking system has not worked properly.

I assume I got the position of the internal handle wrong when re-fitting the door card. Now the locking appears to be 'confused'.

I tried to re-set the system by removing the battery leads and connecting together but without any change.

Would I need to take the door card off again, re-position the handle with the battery disconnected and then re-assemble?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Simply sorted ..... I didn't install the handle cable properly. The outer cable with a red plastic end wasn't seated into the bracket.
Everything back to normal now and the central locking is now no longer 'confused'.
