Default chrome trim oxidation

I need some help here. My x type has some kind of oxidation or something going on the chrome trim on the doors. It looks like oxidation not sure. Is their a way to fix this or buff it out? has anyone had this issue aswell lmk thanks any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated as i know otherss must have this issue also.

If you do a search there are some members here that say "this or that" polish works, "they" did not in my case.

The trim on the X-Type is held with rivits that need to be drilled out. I so wish it was as easy as our friends with an S-Type. You can clean it up without having to remove them.

I have the same problem that I address every spring when I polish/wax my car and it comes back the following spring. Anyway, what I use is Klasse All-In-One. It does the job and does it well.
