Default Cold weather clutch problem

I noticed a problem last Winter with my X-Type (2004 2.5L Manual) where the clutch did not seem to be disengaging all the way. It was hard to get into gear from a stop, and clashed pretty bad changing gears.

I stopped driving it in the spring, when I got the XK8. I planned to get around to fixing it during the summer, but never got to it and honestly forgot about it.

But I started driving the X-Type again a month or two ago, and haven't had a problem until this morning. This morning was the coldest so far, 25 Deg F. when I left for work, and I again had the trouble getting into gear at a stop and clashing gears when shifting. So it seems that maybe the clutch has a problem completely disengaging when it is below freezing?

I am going to try bleeding the clutch (again) to see if that helps. Anyone seen something like this? I'm hoping it isn't something that requires me getting into pulling the trans to replace something in there...

Are you loosing brake fluid? If not, I'd guess the master cylinder. On my F150 (similar clutch) the problem was a leaking slave cylinder $$$$

As far as I know no fluid leaks. The level hasn't dropped any that I can tell since I bled everything shortly after buying the car last fall.

Well I bled the clutch again with one of those vacuum bleeders, and it seems better so far.
