Coolent fluid type?

Coolent fluid type?
Hi all I checked the coolent in my 2001 x type and notice that it's the green colour type but reading from the manual it should be filled with the orange clouded one. Does it matter? If so how should I fix it has it caused any damage? Thanks in advance
