Smile Cooling Fan Module Issues on my X-Type

I´m trying to find the a new Cooling Fan Module to my 2003 Jaguar X-Type.
As we all know, this is a detective part this car and so one day we have to deal with this ! My doubt is about the correct OEM Part Number: C2S24957 or C2S27035 ? Both seams to be the same part and I´ve just found an aftermarket C2S24957 on e-bay (C2S 24957 Fan Control Relay Module Fits 01 05 Jaguar x Type to Chassis E71957 | eBay)

I really wanna something new and that is why I would like to buy these one !

Does anybody knows if it is going to fit ?
My VIN ends in D41768.

Tks.

The part number C2S24957 is shown to be the correct one in the parts catalog. I have attached a copy of the parts catalog page. It shows the radiator/fans/module.

Default There are 2 models !

Thanks for the file. My conclusion is that there are two models, the earlier and the newest. This one that I found in E-Bay have no wires. Considering that my part have some wires with plugs, that are connected to the fans and the power, can this new model be adapted into my old system ?This new one price is much better !

Jaguar did a major revamp that included a lot of electrical changes in mid-year 2004. The new one probably want work. You might be able to make it work but it would not be worth the difference in cost.

The new one wont work without the wire harness for both the fans and the main wire coming in. I have a few used ones for sale. I will even give 30 day warranty. Let me know i can ship out asap

Thanks,
The Dr
