Hey my wife drives stick...our escape is a 5 speed and she has no problems..my thing is this car is by no means a mustang or firebird so I see no reason to have the car if its your family all around car. Don't get me wrong but I'd love to have a stick of the x...I can only imagine how much quicker the thing would be[sm=badbadbad.gif]
But I also look at the fact that if I resell this car chances are peopel would be like "why am I buying a luxury car (that is what jags are seen as nothing more nothing less) that isn't automatic?" Look at it the company stopped making them...tell us why?

Now say I was looking at either getting good gas mileage or the car was more sporty i.e. mustang or firebird I would feel like an idiot getting it automatic! Trust me bo its nice having one of each...when you want fun and don't care get a stick and than when you don't want to shift gears and worry about all of that you have the automatic...shoot I'd love to have one of both in the x!
