Default Cross arm bearings

Hey guys I have a 2002 xtype jaguar 2.5l v6 AWD, the car is making a loud vibration at 50mph the mechanic said I should replace the center support bearings, which I did,.The vibrations are reduced but he now says the "cross arm bearings "need replacement, he says its 4 of them and they are at the front, I Google the term cross arm bearings but I can't find it does anyone know if they go by another name ?

I’m thinking he is meaning the cv axles. There are 2 on the front and 2 on the rear. The front ones once they have a good amount of wear will cause the vibrations. Most of the time worn out cv axles will click while going around curves but these on the jags never seem to click but instead causes vibrations that are felt thru the steering wheel and throughout the whole car
