To remove: Lower the windows and just pull the old ones up with your fingers,
To put in the new rear ones just put them over the lip and push down making sure the clip at the front engages.
The fronts are removed by lifting rear edge up and sliding them out from under the mirror.
Before you replace them, hold the old one up to the new one and put a mark on the new one where the old one was indented by coming into contact with the mirror. That will let you know where to stop as you slide the new one on.
Then, just push it down to lock it into the groove, and you're golden!
