Angry DSC errors

Hello Everyone,

My 2002 Jaguar X Type 3.0 in Indiana has a DSC error.
It has 149, 643 K Miles on it.

I know where the button is and I simply shut it off.

Here is what happened today :
I was waiting for my wife at the train station, so I placed the car in neutral and applied the emergency brake for about 5 minutes of idling.
then I disengaged the emergency brake and put the car in drive I started to take then suddenly then all of a sudden the car started to jerk and I decided to wait 3 minutes.
Then I shifted in reverse no problem, shift in drive no problem, then drove home no problem.
I ran my cheap scanner no error codes were found. yes, my yellow check engine light came on.
MY ABS Light does not come on.
My Dash screen displays: DSC ERROR

Here is a list of all the new parts we have installed in my 2002 jaguar x type.:
1. 6 New spark plugs, 6 New coils, 1 New throttle body, New radiator. Recent radiator flush. New starter. New calipers, rotors, and brake pads.
2. 2 New oxygen sensors, 2 new catalytic converters. New fuel filter.
3. I did buy a used working condition charcoal canister kit from EBAY but I have not installed it yet.

4. I am thinking of buying a new reconditioned ABS Module pictured above.

Would this solve my problem?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
RM

How old is your battery? Also try the member "Thermo" test. Start car, turn every electrical component you can think of on, interior lights, a/c, seat warmers rear defroster, head lights, etc. Leave it for about 10 minutes. Shut it down and then CUP YOUR HAND (DO NOT TOUCH) over the battery posts. One or both cooking hot? This indicates a bad cable or cables. Many times a weak battery or failing cable(s) will throw this fault.

Hello, Dell Gailey;2569776

The battery is BRAND NEW.
I noticed yesterday in the rain the car jerked again.
I have ordered 2 brand new rear ABS Wheel sensors I'm sure they are at least 20 years old (lol).
My Mechanic indicated they are faulty on the paperwork.
I will reply once the new abs are installed.
Any other suggests are greatly appreciated and thanks!

RM

The problem with throwing parts at a problem is proper diagnosis first (lol, from experience). For instance, a rear code for ABS could be the sensors, yes....but could ALSO be bad reluctor rings which is much more likely on our X's.
