I have a ecm that is the match for my x type 01 though the problem is that it is locked,is there a way i can unlock it!!!!!!

I haven't seen anything out there that can remotely unlock a jag ECM, let alone read one.

so i should pretty much send my replacment ecm back for a refund on it as it will not work correctly anyway on my veh,or should i go to another mechanique to get installed correctly?as there is no ecm that would work except a new that comes with a large fee.or can i have it rebuilt so that it would work perfectly?
