Sounding like your fan module is starting to go. Give this a try. After letting the car sit all night (ie, engine is cold), start up the car and put the A/C on the fastest fan setting and dial the temp to as cold as it will go. Now, get out and open the hood, leaning in over the radiator some. Are you getting a strong gust of wind blowing on your face or are you getting a nice gentle breeze. Odds are, you are getting a gentle breeze. This would be a classic symptom of the fan controller starting to fail. If the fans are giving you a good blast of air, then odds are, you are looking at a bad water pump and/or a failing thermostat.

Default She's overheating

I had that a few years ago, coolant reservoir was leaking. Fairly common to have cracks around upper and lower nipples where hoses connect. You say they are "filled up" - don't know if you mean you just did that, but keep an eye on the level.

Check oil too, not enough of that and you'll run hot too.

Perhaps I am wrong but if your gauge is going above the "N" then the fans are doing precisely what they are supposed to do by staying on because the car is running hot or it thinks it's running hot. If there are no signs of low coolant or overheating, I would suggest you start by changing the Coolant temp sensor, which controls both the gauge and the fans. Make sure you get a OEM one, I got an aftermarket and it was trash
