Unhappy Fuel Rail High Pressure connection

I hope someone can help me figure out how to disconnect where the fuel feed attaches to the fuel rail. My is leaking badly and I can't fix it until I can remove it. There is a chrome collar and in the second photo there appears to be a spring in side the lip of the collar. Any help would be much appreciated!

I removed that a few times already. The trick is to push that "circular spring" inside of the chrome collar into the collar and then pull the incoming fuel line out.
Pushing that works best with a pretty cheap fuel line disconnect tool from e.g. Aliexp. (pic attached).
If you need something right now, try to modify a tube of the right size to look just like that. But it works way smoother with the tool shown below....
