I have a 2004 X-type and need a new headlight assembly. Currently has the washer on it but can i buy them without it and it still fit in?

The price is less and easier to find without the washers which i don't care about at all seeing as they don't work. Mainly worrying about the wiring connectors being the same. Any input on the topic would be great. Thanks

 

dmennis, yes, the plugs for the headlights are the same between the washer and non-washer models. The washer models simply use the fluid pressure to push open the sprayer to allow it to function. As long as you plug the hose, all will be fine.
