Heavy Rain ingress 05 X Type Estate
Hello,
Whilst hunting round the boot for the evasive parking sensor speaker, which is what I think is causing them to not work, I noticed that there has been a huge amount of water ingress into the boot area. Is this a known problem with these cars or do I have a new problem? What can be done to fix this? I notice one of the grommets has been removed from the spare wheel well, which I suspect my be to let the water drain out?
There is water everywhere, including all over the Parking Sensor box.
Thanks For any help,
Stu.

check all of your seals and make sure the trunk is closing correctly. Jaguar designed the rain gutters to pretty much run down the side of the trunk seals so I would expect that your seals are not seated correctly or have a slit in them
