A flashing MIL means damage to the catalytic converters is occurring!!!

Do not operate the vehicle under conditions that cause the MIL to flash!

Find and correct the cause of the misfire(s) before driving further. What DTCs are stored in the system? List them here so other forum members can offer help and advice.

Plug an analyser tool into the OBD port and list the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) here so the forum members can assist you with making a proper diagnosis.
