Default Help please!!!

I'm in desperate need of assitance here!!!! I was replacing the radio to aftermarket not even an hour ago and now when i try to start it it says "gearbox fault" it will not start and will not shift at all. i combed google and found no answers to my problem. Im hoping one of you can save me i desperately need this car to be running in the next couple hours!!! it doesnt have the battery connected right now in hopes that it will reset itself but im really worried... 2.5L automatic.. side note i shifted it out of park when i pulled the ac controls and radio out and it got shifted back into park whilst putting the parts back in place and thats when i noticed it happened is there a fix for this.. also drove it fine before i parked at home no codes or anything or am i screwed....

Did you reconnect the climate control unit properly?

If you didn't, it won't start. Just make sure those two large connectors in the back are all the way in.

I got the same shock you did, and that is all it was in my case...

Good luck.

Also, make sure you didn't accidentally knock one of the connectors on the J-gate off.

Get one of those $10 Bluetooth obd2 adaptors and the torque app for $5 and you will know exactly what that cel is on for. Best $15 you can spend on the car, IMO.
