I am getting a new bumper cover after an accident on an 02 X-Type. I have headlight washers on my current bumper cover, but i have never used them and dont think they work. Will a bumper cover without washer holes (which is significantly cheaper) fit the same way on the car and will the chrome and grill fit the same? Also other than ebay, can anyone recommend a site to buy parts? Thank you so much for your time.

 

If the washer assembly is disconnected and the washer hose plugged it won't make any difference, chances are your washers worked though, other than a faint mist the odd time I cleaned my windshield I never knew mine worked, but they do. I think it's a trick feature.

Watch out for some of the aftermarket stuff, there will be fitment issues.
