I have a new chip key that is cut but needs to be programmed. I only have on key fob that is programmed and working. How can I program this new key

Duane, you have 2 options. The more likely path that you are going to end up taking is going to the dealership and having them program it for you. Option 2 is to find a local lock smith that has the computer that can get into the computer of your car and force accept the new key. But, not all Locksmiths have that ability. So, some calling around will be required to see who can do that for you.
There is nothing that you can do in your driveway to get that key programmed unless you happen to have the special dealership computer.

I had my new key cut at Timpsons and they cloned the imobiliser chip from my working key into the new key for about £35 if I remember correctly, thats for cutting the key and cloning the chip.
