How to remove headrest

I have a 2003 xtype..my seatbelt is wrapped around the passenger side headrest , how do I remove it

I can check at lunch, but typically you just raise the headrest all the way then hold the button at the bottom of the shaft in and pull it the rest of the way out.

And make sure that when you put them back in they are facing the correct way or it will be near impossible to get them back out.
