Probably next to impossible to make it work as it's part of all manner of internal car data and you may well get anti-theft.

Fix the original one.

 

This is the only way to do it yourself. Otherwise it's a dealer only fix.

 

you need to use the sdd software, select replace instrument cluster. you will need the two keys for the programing or the car will not start.
