Default Instrument's Lights Fuse Question

I'm starting to have problems with the interior instrument lights. They seem to have a mind of their own. I'll start the car and they are fine but after a while, maybe 10 minutes, they all go off. Then on they come again. This is the whole interior system. Instruments, steering wheel, radio, window buttons, the lot. Someone suggested I check the dimmer. It works fine and there is no change after I fiddle with it.
I can only find two fuses that seem to have anything to do with the lights. F74 and F84. But I'm thinking these may be the actual instruments rather than the lights. Unfortunately I'm working with a manual for a 2003 car and mine is a 2002 with a different fuse box. So I'm looking on here to find a suitable fuse diagram.

Just a footnote, I was messing with the light for the cigar lighter and may have arced something because I did see a spark when I was testing the live feed for that particular light. You don't think I could have damaged the whole loom?

Thanks......

Any ideas? It happened again the other morning. The lights were fine for around ten minutes then they all went off. I found the fuse, F97, and it's fine.
