Default Jaguar XJL sunroof internal doors not working

Hi, This is my first post in this form, My sunroof internal doors (front/back) of Jaguar XJL 2011 5-ltr portfolio car isn't opening. what could be the possible reason? and how could I resolve it? Any suggestions to resolve the issue is much appreciated.

You will have better luck with a respoonse if you post your question in the XJ section. This is the x400 and their electrical systems are different from your vehicle. Follow the link below to the XJ section for your vehicle.

Zak78, check fuse F57 in the passenger compartment fuse box. That is what powers the blinds. Odds are, that is your issue. If that doesn't fix it, then odds are you have a blind motor that died.

Just to ask a silly question, have you recently disconnected power to the car? If so, did you reset the auto up/down features to the windows and the blinds? There is a procedure inside the owners manual on this.
