RE: lamp adjustments
Tried pumping the tire up but didn't help . . . bwg
When I park the car about 5-7 feet from a wall the center point of the passenger side light is about 6 inches lower than the driver side. When driving down the road this is very noticable with the driver side reaching out about 20 feet and the passenger only reaching out about 15. This is very disstracting. No, carfax doesn't indicate any major body damage or frame problems and my mechanic said (when he check the check enging light and did a once over before I bought it) all looks as good as new.

RE: lamp adjustments
It's difficult to see my smile over the internet - I hope you appreciated the joke...
Anyway - I can think of a few ideas for your light alignment question.
(1) It's designed like that (passenger side lower) - well of course it isn't, if anything it should be the driver's side on dip beam UNLESS your vehicle has been built with the wrong spec lights (i.e you have a UK or Japanese spec lamp cluster) and it dips the wrong way.
(2) You have electric auto-leveling lights and the motor gear has slipped on the light adjuster.
(3) The light cluster has been removed in the past to replace a bulb and the fitting hasn't been pushed home again properly (please note - I haven't had to do this yet and so I don't know whether this is a realistic suggestion).
You might like to study the relative angle of the outer lenses to see if they are positioned differently relative to vertical.
I hope that this helps.
PS: see the other posting on engine oil - I pulled this out of the archives so that you can review the information.
