Location of the rear diff plug

Location of the rear diff plug
I took a look under the X today from the rear and did not see the fill plug. Is this in FRONT of the diff? If so, how does one access this. By this I mean is there room to get a ratchet or similar tool in the front of the diff to remove the plug?
A picture would be great if one is available.
Thanks guys.

Disguay, you are half right. There is only a single plug on the rear differential. BUt, it is the fill plug. So, to get the fluid out, one needs a pump/syphon to pump the fluid out. Then you fill the rear differential till the fluid is up to the bottom of the fill hole.
As for the location of the plug, I am going off of memory here. I want to say it was on the side of the differential, specifically the driver's side about half way up. You will see it as it has a 3/8" square on the plug. THis happens to be the same size used on 3/8" sockets. So, a standard ratchet with a short extension is all that is needed to pull the plug out.
