I don't know if this has happen to anyone else but I hope to get my problem resolved. The hood of my 02 Jaguar X-Type is locked closed. When pulling the cable only one of the latches seems to work but the other doesn't unhook. The cable that pulls the hook to unlatch the hood has unseated from the hook itself. I desperately need to find some help.
