My X-type 2002 engine vibration Problem

I have a Jaguar 2002 X-Type. My mileage is 66,000 its a 2.1lt. Problem I am facing started 2 weeks ago, the car vibrates from about 1000rpm to 1300rpm. it vibrates a little, before and after these rpms its normal. This occurs sometimes. I changed my spark plugs 6months ago with perfect gap and the coils were also cleaned. Also drive shaft rubber are new in the front.Any idea as to what the problem could be?
