You can, if you do this.
Buy a separate unit that plays the dvds (hidden unit will work) and an audio shop can intercept the video signal of the OEM screen and display the video from the DVD. Audio will also have to be 'tapped in', but it can work. There is a required manual 'switch' of the video bypass, but if you do it correctly, it can look near factory.
