What wheels? There is no link or picture to what you are asking about. No one has a clue what you mean. Plus, this is the X Type forum. Sounds like you want the S Type forum.

Ahhh, [you don't want your ride to be over dressed] I don't want to blind them, just want them to blink a little! Lol

They are nice, but won't fit the Jag, I believe they are for the Chevrolet Spark

I had a Chevrolet Spark once.. I wrote off a Ford Focus (not my fault but the other party did a hit and run) just before going to France on a family holiday.. the insurance was thankfully Comprehensive and included the use of a hire car.. we ended up 2 children, a weeks luggage, my wife and I in a Chevrolet Spark going down the French hills quickly and very slowly up again.. the highlight being overtaken by an X-Type on the way back to the ferry port and knowing we were one our way home with a little bit of England shooting past us lol.. Now it's a great holiday to remember but at the time it really was just one of those experiences .. the luggage even had to come off the roof and get squeezed inside so we could park in multistorey car parks!
